In 1974, Salvatore Rosario opened a small pizzeria on Garfield's main street with a hand-written menu, a borrowed oven, and a red sauce recipe his mother brought from Napoli. Half a century later, nothing has changed except the smiles getting wider.
We make our dough fresh every morning at 6am. Our tomatoes come from the same family farm they always have. Every pie is stretched by hand. You can taste the difference.
